Invigorating Swim in a Natural Spring

I went swimming today with my brother-in-law at Rainbow Springs in Dunnelon, FL.  The water remains a constant 72 degrees year around and is as clear as glass.  If you bring snorkle gear, you can check out all of the fish up close.  If you hold your hand out, they'll come right up to you and kiss your fingers.  Well, maybe it's not a kiss as much as it probably looks like food to them, but it's still pretty cool.

The energy there was amazing and positive.  There were lots of people and families having fun, BBQing, tossing the football, playing frisbee, suntanning and swimming.  When you combine that with a clean, fresh water spring, it spells a day of fun and relaxation.

There's nothing better than immersing yourself in pure, clean water, untouched by chemicals, fluoride and chlorine and allowing your body to absorb water that's completely untainted by society!
